Project Protagonist Shipping Policy

At Project Protagonist, we want to make sure your order gets to you as smoothly and affordably as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:

Made-to-Order Creations:
All of our pieces are 100% handmade and made-to-order. Our inventory is based on what we can create, meaning we customize each item individually. Because of that, please allow 5-10 business days for us to press, dye, and produce your unique piece before it ships.

Shipping Methods:
We currently ship all orders via USPS. You can choose from the following options at checkout:

  • USPS Priority Mail: Our standard option, typically 2-3 business days for domestic delivery once your item is ready.

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: A faster, guaranteed option if you need your order sooner.

  • USPS First Class Package: Available for smaller, lighter items under 13 ounces.

Weight Considerations:
If your order is heavier, our system will automatically adjust the available shipping options to ensure the best fit.

1. Processing Time

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and production.

  • Each garment is cut, printed, and inspected by hand to ensure quality.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or text message with your tracking details.


2. Shipping Time

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions that will be clearly noted on the website.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


6. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

For pre-order or limited-edition drops, please note that fulfillment and delivery timelines may differ.
Estimated shipping windows for those releases will always be listed in the product description.


7. SMS Shipping Updates

By providing your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive order and shipping updates via SMS.
Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or contacting admin@projectprotagonist.com.
